Orders & account help
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find it, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has moved into fulfilment, changes may not be possible.
If the order has not been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will review the cancellation request. If the order has already been delivered, your cancellation and return rights may be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery & tracking

Returns & refunds
