Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item appears faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the issue. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, labels, and any visible problem.
Please keep the item and packaging until we confirm the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may review repair, replacement, return, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Warranty-style review
Midu may review product issues on a case-by-case basis. A warranty-style review may consider the product type, product information, order date, delivery condition, customer evidence, care instructions, usage, and whether the issue appears to be a manufacturing fault, delivery damage, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or care-related deterioration.
Any warranty-style support offered by Midu is not intended to reduce your statutory rights. Where your legal rights apply, they remain available regardless of any warranty or after-sales wording.
What may not be covered by after-sales support
Some issues may not be treated as product faults if they are caused by normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, unsuitable storage, improper cleaning, exposure to water or heat where not suitable, or handling beyond normal inspection.
Creasing, softening, small scratches, colour transfer, or surface wear may occur with normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, overloading, improper storage, or unsuitable cleaning may not be covered.
Products should not be assumed waterproof, heatproof, or resistant to harsh conditions unless stated.
Alterations, attempted repairs, or modifications may affect support options.
Care-related support
Care guidance is provided as general information. The correct care method can depend on material, finish, product construction, climate, storage, frequency of use, and exposure to water, sunlight, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, or other substances.

Delivery damage and packaging
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the outside of the parcel, shipping label, inner packaging, and product condition.
Courier or delivery-related reviews may require packaging evidence. Missing packaging may make it harder to assess a delivery damage claim.
Repairs, replacements, refunds, or other resolutions
Depending on the circumstances, available evidence, product status, and applicable rights, a resolution may include further explanation, care guidance, repair review, replacement review, return instructions, refund review, or another suitable action.
Return and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Time limits and prompt reporting
Please contact us promptly after discovering a product issue. Reporting issues quickly helps us review the product condition, delivery condition, packaging evidence, and order history more accurately.
Delayed reporting may make it harder to determine whether an issue existed at delivery, occurred during transit, or happened during later use.
